Shipping Policy
1. Production & Turnaround Time
Custom order production starts once you approve the final design and payment is made. Our usual production time is 7-20 business days, excluding shipping. Your quote will confirm the exact timeline, which depends on order complexity, quantity, and our schedule. For urgent orders, talk to your sales rep early on.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We team up with top logistics carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS to guarantee your order’s safe and timely arrival. We will choose the best shipping method based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.
3. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
For orders shipped internationally, note that the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other local charges, which are not included in our pricing or shipping estimates. It’s recommended to check with your local customs office about these policies prior to ordering.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Policy on Custom Products
Please Note: Because our products are fully customized to your unique specifications and branding, all orders are considered final once production begins. As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable in principle.
2. Exceptions: Manufacturing Defects or Our Error
We guarantee our product quality. If your order has a clear defect like a printing mistake or a chip that doesn’t work, and it’s not as approved, contact us within 7 days with photos or videos. Once we confirm it’s our issue, we’ll quickly redo and replace the items for free.
3. Proof Approval
Before we start full production, we’ll send you a digital design proof. Please check the spelling, logos, colors, and layout. Once you approve it, we’ll make the items just like it. We can’t fix design or typing mistakes you didn’t catch in the approved proof.
Order Cancellation & Changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us before you approve the final design proof. Once the production process has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
