Printing Method
Here are 3 professional printing techniques to bring your designs to life.- Silkscreen Printing: ideal for printing logos and icons. The colors are pure and it is suitable for projects that require bright colors, large areas of solid color, and high-contrast patterns.
- UV Printing: Bright colors, scratch-resistant, suitable for complex patterns and multi-color printing.
- Offset Printing:High color reproduction accuracy, suitable for complex multi-color designs.
Surface Finishes
We provide the following surface finishes to cater to different branding styles.- Glossy Finish: Surface is smooth and shiny, with rich and bright colors.
- Matte Finish: Soft and non-reflective, with a premium touch.
- Frosted Surface: Similar to frosted glass, it is anti-slip and anti-fingerprint.
- Spot UV: Glossy coating on selected areas for emphasis and visual contrast.
- Hot Stamping (Gold/Silver): Shiny metallic effect, enhancing card’s texture and brand equity.
Functional Add-ons
Improve usability with functional features to match your application needs.- Magnetic Stripe: Commonly used for access control, membership, or payment systems.
- Signature Panel: Ideal for cards requiring a signature space, such as staff or banking cards.
- Scratch-off Panel: Covers PINs or promotional codes for privacy and marketing.
- Hole Punch: Allows easy attachment to lanyards or clips, useful for ID badges.
Security & Personalization
Enhance brand exclusivity and anti-counterfeiting features for premium applications.- Variable QR Code / Barcode: Custom unique codes for access, tracking, marketing, loyalty programs, etc.
- Serial / Embossed Numbers: Unique serial number per card, variable data.
- Laser Engraving Number: Non-erasable, enhance anti-counterfeiting level.
- Hologram: Enhance brand trust and provide strong anti-counterfeiting protection.
Custom Size
Besides standard CR80 cards (85.5×54mm), we also allow you to customize the shapes, thickness (0.2 – 0.8mm), and dimensions according to project needs.Custom RFID Chip
Choose the RFID chips by protocol, capacity, and functionality. We have chip with LF (125KHz), HF (13.56MHz), and UHF (860–960MHz) frequencies. Other chips are also available upon request.

General and Applications
What are MIFARE Classic 4K RFID cards?
These are contactless smart cards with a 13.56 MHz RFID chip, compliant with ISO/IEC 14443 Type A, offering 4,096 bytes of EEPROM (3,440 bytes usable). They’re used for multi-application systems like transit, access control, and loyalty programs but are not recommended for high-security applications.
What is the use case for MIFARE Classic 4K cards, like for a local bus pass?
They’re used for multi-application systems like bus passes, access control, and loyalty programs, but often store minimal data. A Mifare 1K card may suffice if the system doesn’t use the full 4K memory.
Technical and Security
Are these cards secure for stored-value systems, like at events?
MIFARE Classic 4K uses Crypto-1, which is broken, allowing key recovery in minutes. Use the card as an identifier linked to a backend server with signed values or a PIN to prevent cloning.
Can I clone a MIFARE Classic 4K card, and what tools are needed?
Yes, unprotected cards can be cloned using Flipper Zero, Proxmark3, or MIFARE Classic Tool on Android. Non-default keys can be cracked with mfoc or miLazyCracker. A UID-rewritable “magic” 4K card is needed for full cloning, including UID.
Can I clone a MIFARE Classic 4K card to my iPhone for access control?
iPhones cannot emulate MIFARE Classic UIDs due to NFC restrictions. Clone to a “magic” 4K card using an ACR122U or use a rooted Android phone with emulation apps.
Can I clone a MIFARE Classic 4K card using an Android phone?
Yes, use apps like MIFARE Classic Tool or MIFARE++ with a Proxmark3 or ACR122U to crack keys and copy data to a “magic” 4K card. Regular cards have fixed UIDs.
Can I clone a MIFARE Classic 4K card with data on sectors 38 and 39 onto a 1K card?
Yes, if the reader uses a MIFARE Application Directory (MAD) in sector 0, allowing data to be mapped to a 1K card’s sectors 14 and 15. Without MAD, it won’t work, as 1K cards have only 16 sectors.
What kind of card do I need to clone a MIFARE Classic 4K card?
You need a UID-rewritable “magic” MIFARE Classic 4K card, not a generic NFC tag, to copy all data, including UID and sector keys. Regular NFC tags lack MIFARE Classic protocol support.
Will MIFARE Classic 4K cards work with a MIFARE Classic 1K reader?
Yes, the first 1KB is structured like a 1K card, so it’s readable by 1K readers. However, if the reader checks ATQA/SAK values, it may reject 4K cards if programmed for 1K only.
How do I clone a MIFARE Classic 4K card if I’ve cracked it with a hard-nested attack?
Use a SCL3711 with miLazyCracker or Proxmark3 to write the dumped data to a UID-rewritable “magic” 4K card, ensuring all sector keys and data blocks are copied.
Why can’t I clone a MIFARE Classic 4K card using standard scanning methods?
Standard methods fail if non-default keys are used. Use Proxmark3 or ACR122U with tools like mfoc or MIFARE Classic Tool to crack keys and copy data to a compatible 4K card.
